Appointments
Surgeries are held every day Monday – Friday at various times (please ask reception for details)
You must book an appointment to see the doctor, nurse or clinician. This can now be done online via the link below as well as by telephone, or in person.
You can book an appointment with a doctor on the day you require it, or if you need to pre-arrange your appointment then we will do our very best to accommodate your request. Nurse appointments can be booked up to two weeks in advance. You should only book an appointment for the service or procedure you require in the correct appointment slot. You can only book blood tests if these have been requested by a GP. Patients who book appointments inappropriately will have their permission to book via the on-line system removed.
You should arrive on time and either use the self check-in screen or advise the receptionist of your arrival.
Please remember an appointment is for one person and one condition only. If you have a number of conditions you wish to discuss please let the receptionist know and an extended appointment will be booked. If other members of your family need to be seen please make separate appointments

Telephone Advice
You are able to ask for a doctor to telephone you if you feel your problem can be dealt with without a face-to-face consultation.
Chaperones
If you would like someone else present during an examination we are happy to provide a chaperone. Please make your request when booking to avoid any delays to you your consultation.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
